        Love the postcard idea! We did a postcard for the Save the Date and everyone thought it was great. The only problem we had was that a couple of people who had signed up for a "no junk mail" service didn't get them. I actually sent the cards twice to these folks and they never received them.

            It can represent your funky more quirky side :)

              I did things a little backwards. For my wedding I sent emails because once I had the final wedding details I wanted to get the information out quickly. Since it was family and close friends I knew it was ok for an email. Then for my AHR we are having a catered BBQ for about 150 so I am doing an actual invitation.

                  I want to do the postcard thing to for our AHR too. I see a lot of people say they get these free from VistaPrint and I don't see them as free right now. Is this something I just need to keep looking at to see if stuff is on sale?

                    just an update - we did the vistaprint postcard thing with our pic on the front and it turned out amazing!! I'll post a pic soon, promise!!
