Las Caletas Couples ~ POST HERE!!! (**All LC Brides...PLEASE READ 1st post, red text)

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone- I'm not yet a Las Caletas Bride, however my fiance and I love it! I have tried to contact Vallarta Adventures Wedding via email and filled out the online planning form, but it's been a week and I have not heard anything. We really want to book for March 2012 and I want to start my process of planning but can't until I get going with Las Caletas. How did most of you get a hold of them to start the process?

Thanks!

I'm doing hand painted maracas as favors...I'm also having all guests names painted on them and having them on the plates as place cards

Anyhow I have plenty of time to decide on that, just curious about it cause I recently read something about on Projectwedding.com

My first initial contact with Las Caletas was thru their online form also. It's wedding season right now so it might take sometime for them to get back to you. The person that returned my inquiry was Kelley, who is the wedding coordinator at LC. Just be patient and you will get a response soon. I think it was about 1 week before I heard back, but I sent my inquiry during off season.

Just wait patiently. I know it's hard. Kelly will respond as soon as she can.  She is busy planning and executing weddings that are happening now :) Which is exactly where you will want her to be on your wedding day.  She will contact you I promise!

Thanks everyone for you posts... I figured she was busy doing wedding, which yes is where I want her to be for mine! I just want to confirm my date so I can get things moving! Hopefully I'll hear from her this week and then I can really chime in on the forum! Very excited!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
