Kids over 2 must be included in this count. If you are planning to add the extra hour it is also an additional $10/person, but the kids do not need to be included in this count because the extra fee is to cover the open bar. Hope this help! Please let me know if I can answer anymore questions. It was my sister's wedding, but I did most of the planning :)

Thanks for the help, Lety!

Hey, gang!

So far I've only heard of table runners on the dinner tables, nothing about table clothes. But I was looking through some pics Kelley sent and saw this couple had table clothes.

Do you guys think the bride brought that herself? Or do you know if it's an option?

Hi Andi!

I sort of took some time off from wedding planning, just at least until the holidays are over.  Then come next week, beginning of January, I'm back to my planning.  I'm looking forward to getting in touch with Kelley again, just to touch base.  If I have some simple questions and want to "tweek" my contract, is it too far out to contact her or should I wait a little bit until I start "bugging" her again?

Hope you and everyone on here had a fabulous holiday and soon to be happy new year!  smile159.gif

Yesterday was 5 months until the wedding, ahhhh!!! I contacted Kelley about 3 weeks ago to ask her something about the time on the invitation and she already sent me a form to fill out with our preferences to get started. She said it was early but wouldn't hurt to get some of it out of the way. It's finally starting to feel real now and it will be here before we know it!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
