How exciting! I'm down to 30 or so days. It's getting there.

Have a blast at LC and come back to the forum when you have a chance after you get home. It's always great to hear from the latest LC bride. I never get tired hearing the stories.

I don't want to bother Kelley too much so I'm posting this question here....

What is the timeline for the wedding day? I am printing brochure for our wedding guests and would like to put down the time they will be picked up from Dreams PV and what time our other 2 guests (who are not staying at Dreams PV) to be at the marina? What is the exact name of the marina?   I'm getting married May 30, 2011

For you past Caletas brides, when did you actually sign the ceremonial certificate?  Was it a part of the ceremony or was it afterwards like during cocktail hour/dinner?

I am getting married May 29th :). Kelley said that the boat would leave the marina at 4:30, however, we are staying at the Westin, I am not sure if you are leaving a different port or not. We are leaving from a port called Opequimar across the street from the Westin since it's a Sunday she said. Otherwise I think its a different port in the Marina Vallarta area. I am telling guests to be at the lobby of the Westin at 4:10 so they can walk across the street together. The ceremony beings at 6. Since we have not added an extra hour yet, the boat leaves Las Caletas at 10:30 and arrives back at 11:30. I am sorry, that might not have helped you that much since we are staying somewhere different, but its at least an idea and I am sure if there are any changes I would let guests know when you are down there. I am sure they will be asking anyway. I would just tell them to at least be ready to roll around 4pm.

Has anyone heard from kelley? It has been over a week and she has not responded to my emails..I'm guessing she is super busy. I asked her for a timeline for the schedule I'm working on and will let you know once I hear back

Hello! It has been awhile since I have checked in, congrats to all the recent brides! I still love hearing your great reviews of LC when you return, oh and seeing the pics too!

Our 2nd anniversary is this weekend, I can't believe it has been 2 years already! Anyway I was getting all nostalgic i think so that is why I decided to check in today ;) our plan this weekend is to watch our wedding video and relive the memories, then next week we are heading to Playa del Carmen to celebrate!

Kelley included this timeline within our initial quote.  It doesn't include an extra hour (which we decided to do)

                    Depart   4:45pm
                    Arrival at las Caletas  5:45pm
                    Ceremony   6:15pm
                    Cocktail Hour 6:35pm
                    Dinner   7:30pm
                    Toasting and Cake 8:25pm
                    Reception/Dance 8:45pm
                    Depart Caletas 10:30pm
                    Return   11:30pm

Hey Jeigh, don't worry seems like everyone starts somewhere around 14 months of planning, I know I did , and already almost 7 months have passed for me...crazy how fast the time flies.

Congrats on choosing Las Caletas :)
