Las Caletas Couples ~ POST HERE!!! (**All LC Brides...PLEASE READ 1st post, red text)

Recommended Posts

For past Las Caletas bride, do you have a picture of the catamaran/boat that was used for the guests?

I have the premiere package. I looked on their website and there are so many different catamarans and I'm not sure which one is used for the wedding. I want to post a picture of it for our guests.

I have a few people who are sensitive to be seasick so they are concerned. We will be providind medicine for sea sickness (i.e. dramamine) in their OOT bags, just in case.

Thanks for the info.

Ahhh those pictures are getting me so excited! 51 days to go till the big day! It feels like it can't get here soon enough! For those veteran LC brides, if you had about 8 people to a table, how many centerpieces did you have and were they large or small?  Did you make a playlist for the DJ, if so, was your last song the last song on the beach or on the boat ride back? Kathy, I think you had orchids, do you know ball park how much extra it was to have orchids? Did I mention I CAN'T WAIT?!?!! I am so excited :)

Hi ladies,

Just got back from my wedding at Las Caletas!  Like everyone else had said, it surpasses your expectations and none of the photos can do justice to how beautiful it was!  And of course, Kelley was AMAZING!  I will post a full review later, but here are some photos that my brother-in-law took that pretty much document the whole experience from the guests' perspective:

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
