... shipped via DHL! I debated posting this, because I can't share it quite yet. We won't even have time to watch the whole thing before we head out of town for the weekend. We've watched the first part, through the ceremony, and it's really cute. It's fun for me since I missed all of that (the boat ride over, the mingling beforehand, etc.).

I'll work on trying to find a way to share it if you're all interested - we just got the videographer package that Vallarta Adventures/Las Caletas offered.

Umm, yeah we want to see it! Hurry up!

I had to do a little research to figure out how to upload to YouTube, but the first thing you have to do is "rip" the DVD to your computer to an AVI file...I downloaded the free trial of AoA DVD ripper: DVD Ripper, Convert DVD to AVI, DVD to iPod MP4

You're technically only allowed to rip one 10 minute video with this trial, but I found that if you immediately rename the file before trying again you can do as many 10 minute segments as you want. I just named mine "Wedding 1" "Wedding 2" etc...

YouTube has a pretty good tutorial on how to upload your file from there...

Let me know if you can't figure it out...I'll try to troubleshoot some more from there.

Also, photobucket will do a 10 minute video with their pro level account. I have that too...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
