Any March 2010 Brides????

Recommended Posts

I haven't done very much planning yet - other than pick the resort. My mom and I are going down in December and plan to do everything then. I feel like I'm missing something - like there's something I should have done already but I don't know what it is . . . I did get my dress though - which I'm thrilled about - but really, that's all.

I am also a March bride, March 19th to be exact. We are getting married at BRB, Jamaica. Planning is going, but I feel like there is not much to do until we get there. I am have our invites designed, just need to send them out. I was thinking about having the RSVP's due back Jan 15th. How about everyone else? Tried to get them out way earlier, but obviously procrastinated on it! :-)

I sent out the STD's like 5months ago. I will be sending out invites in Jan. I dont want them mixed in with all the Holiday mail. I will be doing an RSVP in Feb. I know its cutting it close but again most people would have a feel for a wedding who is going and not going for DW. Since Im not having one I assume most are coming.

I've sent out save the dates and invites now. We have a pretty solid list of attendees, and a few people are jumping on the wagon just now. I'm waiting for my dress to come in, the shotglass favours to get here and I need to get the ribbon and monograms on the palm fans for the ceremony. I've been avoiding thinking of music, but it's getting near on my to do list :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
