No problem!  That is a great turn around time and I am sure you won't be disappointed!  This is a great site and I would be lost without it!

Ladies,

As promised here are two pictures of the maracas that I received from Amsols today.  I ordered these on Tuesday and received them on Friday.  Not a bad turnaround time at all.  The colors are ordered were the Pink, Light Blue and Bright Blue.  The "bright blue" is almost like a navy color but a shade or two lighter.  I like the pink but my  only turn-off is that the Light blue is a lot wider than the other two and I don't care for the design on it.  That's me though.  Hopefully this will help others.photo.JPG

I was feeling the same way and then I came across these and I just fell in love with them.  This way we know what they look like and we will be happy with them!

Thank you so much for this!!!!!  My colors are the same, and I just emailed them with this pic asking for the same.  Question:  why did you choose the 8" over the 6"?  I am just worried they are going to be big for the plate (I am going to lay them on each guests plate at the reception) and that 6" would be easier to travel with the 52 I have to bring!

?
:)

I purchased maracas from windy city novelties, but I want to paint over them to personalize and change the colors.  Has anyone else done this and if so...what kind of paint did you use and did you sand them down first to get the shiny paint off the maraca first??

Thanks for any suggestions!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
