Any Gran Bahia Principe Runaway Bay Brides out there?

Recommended Posts

Hey Katelynn...

I think I picked the 3rd option....

It was a calabrese salad, squash & thyme soup, stuffed chicken breast and profiterole (cream puffs). To be honest I was not at all interested in any of the food options!! lol...just figured chicken was the best call. But EVERYONE loved everything! I was so totally impressed and happy with the meal! (And just so you know they make a little personalized menu with your names on it that they put at everyones seat!...It was a super fun surprise for the memory book!!)

Good Luck!!

mekanabr---first off, congrats on your upcoming wedding!  i can't wait to hear about the questions you asked and beverly's reply... i'm just in the beginning stages of planning with her, and so far not a great experiance but will hopfully get better, it will be nice to see some of the answers she gives you.  and the birth certificate that we have to send away has to be the long form correct??  and does anyone know just how long the ceremony is?? we are getting married at 1 in the afternoon, and are just not sure what all happens?? between the ceremony itself, then you get the sparkling wine toast? cake cutting? not really sure, as i've mentioned i personally have not talked to beverly (as she does not reply) so these are questions i'm not sure of.  so i'm sure someone on here might know this answer!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
