I'm doing my cake and first dance in gazebo right after ceremony!

Getting married on the 10th at 4!I am also thinking of doing a reception at the grill but have to see how many people we will have.  I dont know what I'm doing about Photography either.  I find it is expensive.  I do what a video done so i can show people at our AHR.  The resort told me that my aunt can take pictures at the ceremony since she is related to us and not a professional.

Hi Gran Bahia Principe Runaway Brides who are getting married the week of April 26, 2013... Just wondering if we could organize a time/place to get together and have a toast to a long, happy, healthy, prosperus marriage.  I'm getting married on May 1, 2013 and was thinking it would be fun to meet up with other brides that will be getting married around the same time...

Any bride interested message me and I will see if I can co-ordinate something...

Cheers...

Kristy

I am also arriving from Toronto on April 6, and then getting married at 4pm right after you...I have the Dolce Vita booked for dinner.

Flowers don't really matter too much for me, I also don't know what to do for after dinner, Probably just go to one of the bars and finish at the disco, I really don't want to spend all the money to reserve a space when its an all-inclusive.

Also planning on bringing paper lanterns for the gazebo and chair sashes and such.

I am most likely leaning towards getting an outside photographer.  I found one with prices I like and he is willing to pay for half of the $800 vendor fee.  My FI thinks Im crazy for paying that much but I am just not happy with the pictures that I have seen from the resort photographer :(

I'm not sure what's going on with Chandlyn...I'm starting to think she has either taken a leave, or left entirely. I have corresponded with her for a year only to have the same issue you are experiencing.  I ended up dealing with Stephanie Elson via assistantweddingplanner2bpjam@bahia-principe.com. So far she has answered all my emails within 24 hours...but with my wedding just 3 months away...I went into panic mode.  I called them directly had them confirm everything for me over the phone.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
