FI and I recently moved and while unpacking I'm finding stuff we don't need anymore, changed out minds about, or are upgrading to post on here the things I thought the other brides would need or want.

In a week if the stuff isn't sold, I'll post it on eBay/Craigslist...

Jimmy Choo shoes. Size 41 - Run small. I wear a size 9.5/10. 10.5" long, 3.5" heel. $895 originally. Wore them a half dozen times. I want a pair of Christian Louboutins and I made a deal with FI that the number of shoes in the closet wouldn't go up...

My engagement ring with only good karma! He has wanted to upgrade it since we bought it. I had my heart on a Tacori setting and we couldn't afford it. 1 cttw. Center stone is 4.1mm X 3.9mm putting it just over 1/3 ct. 14k white gold, had it Rhodium plated and the prongs retipped in August. Size 7 - can only be sized down. If it is sized up, it runs the risk of chipping the channel set diamonds. Center diamond is princess cut, channel set diamonds are baguettes, and the side stones are round diamonds. $2999 at Zales when we bought it. I got a ton of compliments on it, but I want something a little less modern. Will ship for free - with insurance and delivery confirmation!

NO BAD KARMA!! Mens diamond ring. 1/2 cttw, 14k gold. 12 small diamonds. Size isn't known, but it could be sized up or down easily. We bought it from Crescent Jewelers when they were going out of business and planned to rhodium plate it but never did and he found a ring he likes a lot better for his wedding ring. Paid $799, original price was $1400.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
