Wonderful Ladies, looks like there are a lot of Calgarians! I have just ordered everything for my OOT nags. I used oriental trading, got some great deals but shipping and customs are terrible!

Yay!! I believe you though. I ordered a few things where shipping was a hard swallow :( thankfully I've never had to pay customs! Hind site I would made a list and ordered everything to the states and made one trip to pick it up. Ahh well! I'm about done my shopping - just debating on changing my jewelry.

Hello fellow Calgary Brides! Does anyone know if you can buy off the rack at David's Bridal in Calgary. I have a dress but I really don't know if I like it. I'm running out if time though so if I was to get a new one it would have to be off the rack.

Thanks!

When's the big day?

When I was there, there was a section on the side back wall of dresses you could buy off the rack. I tried a few on. Not sure they could alter it unless you have an appt already as they book months in advance.

@@Sara1603 You could always try and go to a private seamstress if you need alterations, they might be a bit quicker

@@Sara1603 Also, I forgot to sort of advertise where I got my dress haha. They have really beautiful ones and the prices are really good. I got a sample dress there and they had it cleaned and ready for me within about 2 weeks. That's without alterations, but I know they have their own alterations department there so it doesn't hurt to ask whether they could do a rush order. It's called Blissful Bridal and I highly recommend them.
