WOW this is all seeming a lot more real now! It's just about a year and a half til our wedding day. When it was almost 2 years away it was difficult to think about. And it's always weird telling people we are getting married in May of '09 when it's '07. Now that it's almost '08 that will be so much easier to tell people we're getting married "next year". OH, and I asked my first bridesmaid to join our wedding party the other day - I'm getting so excited!!! pinkie.gif
Jaime I am a total control freak LOL thats one of the reasons we wanted to have an outside WC... and I feel so happy working with Hector and Priscilla from Prisar, you wont be dissapointed!!!

Jaime I am a total control freak LOL one of the reasons of hiring an outside WC!!! but you will love to work with Prisar , the expense is worth!

Priscila just let me know that the new girl who was supposed to take Marco's position declined a the last second! And that Saturday is Erika's last day since she is going on maternity leave!

 

I'm SO glad we decided to hire Prisar! Now I just need to wire her our deposit and I can get back into planning!

It's neat that we're all pretty much on the same boat together now. You girls are going to have to come check back in to see how my wedding goes in '09 since I'll be the last cheesy.gif Hopefully I'll get to learn a lot from you all tho!

I have taken a huge break from planning but now I only have 3 months until my Mayan Wedding. Goodness I am so bummed about Marco and now Erika...goodness so much has happened. Luckily the only thing I still need to do with the hotel is pick out the menu...luckily Marco did everything before he left...I just hope the new planner follows through...if not I guess it will be a memorable weddinghuh.gif

 

Good luck you all with Pricilla...i have mixed feelings about her since her nasty email she sent me a couple months ago...but I am sure she will do an excellent job for you all.

 

Hey..are any of you writing your own vowshuh.gif I am in the process of trying to write mines...have you found any good books or website?? We decided a while ago to have one of our friends marry us...so now I have to write the entire ceremony...what was I thinking. I was done with everything for the wedding and now this.

 

Hey...if anyone hears from the new planner let me know...I am trying to figure out how much I owe because I made so many changes last summer to my inital purposal with the mayan.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
