Dreams Cabo

Recommended Posts

There a several warnings against swimming directly infront of Dreams due to the rip tides and under tows. However my entire group ignored that and swam nearly every day. It does get the resort very riled up and they come and watch you like hawks and get 3489302483 security guards.

YOu can walk a little ways down the the hilton and swim at thier beach. We walked one day about 20 min.

we didn't mind not having the beach swimmable at all. When we did swim at the hilton the undertow was so strong that it took me 15 min to get out of the water and I felt like I was going to die. And that was with help from a rope, I seriously would never want to risk swimming in the dangerous area :S But the pools were so amazing! who wants salty water on them anyways cheesy.gif

my fiance and I are having our wedding in May, 28th 2011. We are still deciding areas in mexico and other places. I think we are leading more to mexico.. but haven't found the right resort yet.
Awe, thanks. I was married at the Sheraton Resort, such a beautiful property, but not an AI (which actually worked well for us) Really I don't think you can go wrong with the majority of the resorts in Cabo. I just returned from Riveria Maya and that's another great location for a wedding. I'm sure you'll find the perfect place. :-)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
