We have the Wii Fit Plus. My fiance asked for it this past Christmas and only wanted it for the exercise games. So far we love it!! We don't use it regularly but about a couple times a week. The Boxing is pretty decent, but what I love the most is the Hoola Hoop!! Holy *bleep* do I feel it! I do the one that goes for 3 mins (1.5 mins each direction) and try to get at least 400 hoola's each way.. so 800+ in 3 mins. Doing that twice in one night and I definitely feel it the next day!! It's fantastic for upper/lower/obliques and the entire back (I find, at least).. that's more results than I seem to get at the gym!

I got EA Active for Christmas and I'm really liking it. It comes with a resistance band and a leg band for the nunchuk. It's awesome! I sweat, it gets my heart rate up. It works different muscle groups and it goes at a good pace that challenges you.

I'm looking forward to buying the second one.

I have the Wii Fit Plus, and I really enjoy it, but I haven't been able to use it as much as I'd like because I've been traveling a lot for work lately. When I'm home though, I try to go through all of the yoga poses at once, then the next day I'll go through strength training. I sometimes use the free run as well, but I'll switch it to tv and jog in place while watching tv.

My FI got me Wii Fit awhile ago and I had fun with it for a few weeks, then it started collecting dust. I figured Wii Active was similar, so when he got that for me, I didn't start playing until this week. I love it!!! As other brides have said, it allows for a continuous work out so your heart rate doesn't go done. I even find myself getting pretty sore from them! Hope I see results soon. :)

My FI got me the Wii Fit back in 10/08 (along with the Jillian Michaels 2009 game) and I used it for a while then it started collecting dust. I started playing it again and for last Christmas he got me the Jillian Michaels 2010 and the Biggest Loser game. Then for my birthday I got the Wii Fit plus. I am not to crazy about the JM 2009 game. I do like her 2010 version. The 2010 is a lot better. The Biggest Loser game is awesome. It gets my heart going and it has different fitness levels, and I am always sore after. I haven’t tried the Wii Fit Plus yet, but that is next on the list.

I just completed the 30 day challenge on the WII Active about a week ago and now am currently doing the 6 week challenge on the WII Active More Workouts (its the second DVD). I love it! So far I have lost 11 pounds and am finally able to see a difference in my figure. I definitely love the 2nd DVD alot more, as it works out your abs also, in which the 1st one did not and there seems to be more a variety of excersices with the 2nd. I am looking forward to losing another 11 or more pounds before the big day in May! I would definitely recommend trying it!

I have wii fit plus and Im not too big on it. I dont feel like its working me out the way I need it to. I do have to agree, however, that the hula hoop game is crazy!! It does get you tired quickly. I also like the advanced step and the bicycling. I dont feel like the yoga is as effective as "real" yoga class is. Nonetheless, I love my Wii and cant wait to try out the EA Active.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
