Currently it is taking our WC Yesica over a week to respond to any emails and have yet to receive any return calls. Our wedding is a ways out (May 27, 2010) but we are at the stage where we definitely need to start providing our guests with costs and detailed information. I sent an email over two weeks ago inquiring about group rates and have not heard back yet about it. She has responded to a few other questions from the same email though.
Having traveled to areas like this before I understand that responses aren't as fast as we would be accustomed to here, but it makes planning extremely difficult when you have to wait over a week for a one line answer.
Anyone have any suggestions as how to improve these response times or what your experiences have been?

the wc are pretty busy but i usually get a turn around of 1-2 days...is there anything we can help you with if you are looking for some information.

In order to keep my communciation and clean and clear with dreams as possible my WC and I kept a singe email going back and forth. So I would list all the questions and the WC would answer them and then when I got her response I would send a new list . It worked great and did not overload her email box. Also as you get closer to the wedding date, the emails are very quick and you comminicate a lot more.
