I definitely find as well that I eat drink tons of water during the day when I go so I don't feel dizzy and gross during class, and about an hour before I have a protein bar, and afterward I have an orange usually and that's it! So even that alone is probably cutting like 400 calories out of my daily eating. Plus the 90 mins of sweating and stretching has to be doing something. All the people in the class I go to are ridiculously fit and I see them there a lot so it must do something!
