I was interested to know how many days you are coming before your wedding day and then how many days you are staying afterward??

We are arriving on a Wed, our wedding is on Saturday and we will leave the following wed...this is our honeymoon too so we figure we will have mon & tues after our wedding to ourselves and the wed prior!

we arrived in Mexico the Sat before our Friday wedding, and we left the day after. i would definitely have changed it to leave at least 1 day after the wedding because we were tired, and running around - and wanted to say goodbye to everyone. but we also were heading to Hawaii for the honeymoon!

We are getting married on a Friday....we are having a non legal ceremony, so we only have to be there 2 days prior...

We are either going Mon-Mon, if we stay a week OR Sat-the following monday if we do 9 days.

We are arriving on Sunday, the 5th, 9 days before our wedding, the following sunday, the 12th, our guests arrive, we are getting married on the Tuesday, the 14th, and we leave to go home the next Sunday, the 19th. We are away 2 weeks in total. I want to be well rested before the wedding which is why we decided to go so early. I am happy I have planned it this way. Everton and I are having our honeymoon (Mexico, or Jamaica) in April/may next spring.

We had 24 people attend our wedding in Las Caletas, Mexico on May 24th, 2009!

We all stayed at The Marriott in P.V., and Honeymooned at The Royal Plantation in Ochos Rios, Jamaica!

                  Hi Michelle,
We're thinking about heading up the Tuesday/Wednesday before our Saturday wedding. We'll hang with guests until Monday and have Tuesday - Friday to ourselves. I want to get home so that we have the weekend to recuperate b-4 that nasty Monday back at work rolls around.

yeah that sounds good. I would like to stay until Friday too but I don't want to spend the extra money...as it is we might have to fly in tuesday instead of wednesday depending on the flight times because we have to get our blood work done wednesday...but I'm still taking the rest of the week off work and then go back the following monday!!!

                      Kelly,

Wow!!! that's a nice long trip!! I think it's good that you are going out early to be able to relax before hand. Given the recent events taking place, you need to make sure you are refreshed and ready! :)
