HELP! Photographer will not respond!

    Hey gals,

    I had my wedding at the Excellence on Sept 4. and we used Cancun Wedding Photography/micheal maurus. It's been 6 weeks and i have not heard a single word from them. I have emailed, called, filled our forms on their website and i've had my wedding cordinator try to contact them with no luck! I don't know what to do! We paid A LOT for the pics and I'm starting to get scared we will never find them.... Any advice would be much appreciated!

      So sorry to here that...has your wedding coordinator gone to there store to see if she can find them there?

        omg that is terrible but don't panic. has anyone he here used him before? did he mentioned anything about the turnaournd time?

          Oh I really hope this works out for you..... Maybe he/she is on vacation for a couple weeks.... I have my fingers crossed for you

            Did you pay them in cash? Do you have a signed contract? I so hope it all works out as well! I bet everything is fine :)

              There is another lady that posted a review about him and said that he was rude and "lost" some of her pics. I PMed her and she said that she still got her pictures at/around 5 weeks.

              We do have a signed contract and yes we paid cash/wired money into their account via wells fargo....

                ugh...I have my fingers crossed for you. The last thing you need to worry about after your wedding isabout getting the pictures you paid for with your cherished moments...did you hire him through the resort? maybe they can help?
