Welcome!! I'm also getting married in September 2011, but in Turks & Caicos. We have less than two years to plan, and so many resources on this forum!! Good luck and I look forward to reading about your planning!

              Hi Nicola

Congratulations on your engagement. My fiance actually wanted a Vegas wedding. I've never been there. Good luck with all your planning.

Congratulations and happy planning! The beauty of Vegas is that there are tons of places to eat. I think you'll have to narrow down as to what you'd like to eat. Most hotels have the menus of the different restaurants and catering options on their sites. It's hard to narrow it down because there is so much good food! Keep us posted.
