Tracy - I'm glad to hear that you had some luck with the cloths. It just wouldn't be fair if you felt worse after your workout when it can be difficult enough to get into the workout in the first place! Keep it up!!
Also, I'm not sure if any of you had seen the thread here for Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (it's a dvd workout) but I'm planning to start it this weekend and thought I'd see if anyone here wanted to start with me! They have levels 1, 2 & 3 but I've heard from lots of the other girls that level 1 kicked butt right from the start! You can pick up the dvd at chapters for sure, and I've heard Walmart sometimes has it a bit cheaper (and otherwise I didn't look around too much more).
It's set up so that really you just need some hand weights and a floor mat and is about 30min long including warm up/cool down.
