I don't mean that extracurricular activity! girl_werewolf.gif (ETA: I didn't realize this smilie girl did that crazy werewolf thing. I thought she was just a girl. oops).

I guess I must be missing Jay tons right now...I wanna know what you and your FI/DH do together!

We love to hike, float the river, go to the beach, fish (well, he fishes, I read a book), shop (he is my most favorite person to shop with. He's honest and never complains.), go to museums, EAT (we love to try new restaurants. We don't like to try odd foods though.), go to the movies, go to amusement parks (We love the big, crazy rides!), camp, take weekend trips (when he is home) to new places. Ummm...I am sure there are more.

You?

Wow! I think you mirrored exactly the same things we do!! I always tell Frank he has a good woman inside him because he is so great to go shopping with---- he's the one who picked all the paintings and wall-hangings for our kitchen a couple years ago. He has awesome taste!

We hike too---- love taking the fur-baby out and watching her 'prance' around when we go hiking... We're both art freaks, so we love going to museums and seeing the traveling exhibits. We're huge foodies and love eating at new restaurants. We love going to movies too. Amusement parks we love, but he's the thrill-seeker and I'm the screamer. He always tells me he's taking us to Vegas for our honeymoon to hang off the Stratosphere. My response: "You'd better have some hellish drugs, a baseball bat to knock me out, or have taken me for hypnosis first!" Love camping and being outdoors and traveling!

I knew there was a reason we got along so well ... now I want to meet your hubby too!

Paul actually likes to shop more than I do .. how cute is that!? We love being lazy together - we're on the road so often, we love to stay home and chill on the couch. We also love bike riding, playing soccer, and we LOVE playing games (think Uno Attack, Euchre, Taboo, etc. - most anything!). We do love to travel, but like I said - being gone so often - we love to be home too. Unless it's somewhere cool - like our trip to Cyprus this Fall! Oh, and we love to try out new restaurants ... love it!

About 10 years ago, I went to Chicago for the weekend to see an exhibit at the Art Institute. Sara Lee Corp owned the largest privately held collection of impressionist art in the world and had decided to part it out as donations to museums worldwide. Before they did that, they put together about 80 pieces and sent them on an exhibit tour.

I actually stood in the Art Institute in Chicago about 10 years ago and started crying because I was so much in awe. I was overwhelmed with the idea that I was standing close enough to touch a canvas that was once painted on by Monet and I just lost it.

I'm a dork, I know....

I think you are my twin!

Leigh~~Does he ever get to travel with you when you do weddings?
i wish. he works and goes to school full-time right now. done in sept!!! he went with me to the bahamas once and shot with me. he doesnt really like shooting. he feels like hes intruding and too close to people. it makes him uncomfortable. doesnt bother me a bit. he was best with a zoom lens off on his own a little.

we do like to travel but he doesnt like to mix work and travel. were going to greece in 2008 and its been an ongoing debate about whether or not i will try and shoot a wedding or day after or something while im there. fencing.gif hes winning!

We go running together, hiking, camping, rock climbing, and snowboarding. That makes us sound way more active than we are. We love food - new restaurants or cooking at home. I prep and watch while he cooks. We are also big fans of sitting on our butts on the couch with the dogs. We travel when we can. We are actually planning to do our honeymoon a year after the wedding in South Africa - I'm so excited!

We run together, rollarblade, we love love, love to dance, throw dinner parties (about 1 a month) and we like to go for walks with Liam and our shepherd/husky mix Echo. We also watch alot of football, Timothy plays every week, so we are total football parents, proud football parents. I also watch Everton's football games every weekend, and I do alot of runs (I run a 6 min mile) and Everton usually comes out to cheer me on. We also love gardening, and good wine. We also love eating out, good food and wine is a perfect ending to a hectic week.

Kelly~

Oh yeah we also love to sit on the couch and watch reality t.v together.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
