I forgot to mention to you ladies. I did my BD shoot yesterday... My cousin she takes amazing pictures and well my budget couldn't really afford to hire someone. She did an amazing job and I felt so much more comfortable having my sister and her there. It took me a while to get comfortable.... But it was fun... LOL :)

Oh how fun!! So glad you had a great time! And it's really cool your cousin was your photog!

Diana, I know - it's a really good thing we have extra time. I still have to finish my semester & get a gazillion clinical hours in before the wedding. Not to mention all the wedding stuff that needs to get done.

Amy, good taste is right! :) I love that dress! It's a little short but I really like it. Now I have to return like 3 others.

Shannon, wow! Sounds like you got a ton done this weekend! All these projects seem to take so long so it feels great to get any of it done. Woo hoo for the upcoming bachelorette party!

And OMG, Caligirl! Talk about stress! Moving AND getting married AND applying for a new job! Good luck with everything & I hope you get the job! We'll keep our fingers crossed for smooth transitions!

Im excited bc I hope this means we will be official homeowners in a few months.

Havent heard about the job, but applications were due April 1 and it starts June 1 and Im sure it took so long to go through the applications. they required 3 letters of recommendation, law school transcript, resume, one page statement, and writing sample. Geesh!! I am more focused on teh job than the wedding.

BUT we did finalize our vows yesterday and almost dnoe wiht the DJ list.

Oh and did I mention my venue emailed me yesterday saying they were going to charge me $3 a chair to carry from teh beach to the reception. I almost broke out in tears!!! Only 3 weeks till Im sitting on a beach. THANK GOD!!!

          Good luck ladies!
          Morning!

Wow, that's so exciting! You are doing a lot of major life changes all at once, married life for you is sure to be sweet with a brand new home and great new job :)

Ok this will make you feel better... my chairs are $16 a piece and they told me they WOULDN'T move the ceremony chairs to the reception. Get this, I have to pay a whole new charge for the reception chairs.

How exciting for you both! I plan on doing my legal day 2 months after Mexico, I think I'm the only one doing this :)

We're going to Vegas so it's another trip, not that far but still a trip nonetheless!

Holy crap girls! I can't believe the resorts are charging to move the chairs or charging for a new set-up for the reception! Like, where are ppl supposed to sit?!

Congrats caligirl! How exciting about the house & good luck with the job!

Our legal day is Fri 5/21, then we leave Monday for PV! My mom and FI's parents will be there with us. :)

Amy, you're also the only one having Elvis marry you!! I love this! You guys are going to have a blast!
