I just have to factor in humidity and wind so gotta decide on which hairstyle. I bought hair extensions to help with the length & volume.

Amy, I have a tattoo on my middle upper back and I am just going to leave it alone.

Karen - Your welcome note looks great...

Kitten Heart- I cant wait to see your hair..

CaliGirl- I am in the same boat. We are in contract for our condo, we also had to find a temp residency which we are moving into the weekend before we leave and get legally married. Talk about stress LOL....

Diana - LOVE your inspiration pix!! The second on from the bottom is closest to my hair. I will have wave designs in the back and sides though if that makes sense.

I'm sure your tattoo is pretty though... mine is a solid black Cancer (astrology) symbol which looks like a sideways 69... It's my most regretted tattoo ONLY because it attracts the trashiest and most perverted men that hit on me thinking it's a 69 (sexual position)... sooo it needs to be covered =/

Karen - Love the hair styles. I like the idea of half up with the flowers around it. The three were pretty or the two, either way the curls are great and beachy =) And I really the welcome, very fun looking

Amy - is timeline on cardstock or anything? that's a good idea for the guests...

Jenny - Wow I am stressed for 1 week, but I could not imagine packing 2 days before. Either way I hope our weather is great and that May 1st is the best day for both us. good luck to you !!!

Aw Amy, you can go buy some tattoo concealer from Kat Von D at Sephora.
The extensions should actually hold. I've worn the real human hair extensions for Halloween and they held a curl better than my actual hair!

I bought that stuff but it doesn't cover well enough, just makes it look green. I apparently ALSO need the Kat Von D tattoo pencil which they're out of, the search is on!

Diana - I love the hair pics...totally love any hairstyle Carrie Underwood does...she has GREAT hair. I feel like Taylor Swift has naturally curly hair, so if you do, that might work for you. But if it's straight it won't be as curly as hers.

But the low side chignon is a beautiful youthful and elegant look, but still beachy =)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
