Can I roll with you!? Where in the world did you find a floating beer pong table?! I love it!

Your list seriously rocks! I added some stuff to my list on my BB. Thank you, so so thoughtful!

I need to get more pool stuff... where did you get yours?

Um, Shannon, I must have this beer pong table!! LOVE it!

Your list seems pretty damn complete! I think I'd add some Benadryl, just to be safe, & a tube of hydrocortisone cream (1%, over the counter. It's anti-itch if you get bug bites or a good anti-inflammatory for a hormonally-induced large pimple) :)

Here's a few other things I thought of:

shout wipes or a tide stain remover stick

nail polish remover

any special make-up

pens

double-sided tape for a quick hem if you need one

And I found a packing list someone on here had posted a while ago. Here it is in an excel file.

Grrr...people are starting to drive me crazy. The wedding is in a little more than a month and I'm still tracking people down for RSVPs. Some people haven't answered, some people said yes and are now backing out, and then other people are popping out of the woodwork and saying their coming all of a sudden. My FI's aunt invited her friend (or the friend invited herself, still not clear) without telling us. The woman already bought her ticket and everything. Now I find out that two more people are coming and have bought tickets although there was no mention of them coming before (not even we might come) and they never responded to the RSVP. Sheesh! Managing the guest list has by far been the most stressful aspect of planning this wedding. Sorry. Just need to vent.

I get you, Meli!

What I did was to put a note in our invites that said something like "please RSVP to ensure a dinner plate for you and your guests" if we don't hear from anyone then it is their loss. Simple like that. My godmother is bringing 4 people that we do not know but we made it clear that they had to pay if they wanted to come so she is paying for them. I got really irritated because i wanted MY wedding to be only for family/friends. Oh well, they can go to the ceremony/cocktail hour but not reception.

We got it at a Beer/Wine/Food Festival. Other than that, just regular beach balls and rafts =)

Meli - It's definitely rough. People are rude when it comes to RSVPs. I think we have all learned a VALUABLE lesson here and will NEVER be late on an RSVP ever again ;-) I hope things work out.

AMy - HAIRhuh.gif?? Let's see some pictures, I am dying over here =)

Oh and yeah, I leave a week from today...can you say freaking out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hair trial went well! Over 3 hours long, we did 3 different styles. So each style was loose and not perfect so we could easily take it out and try different styles.

It's up and has waves and looks a little more vintagey... It's hard to describe and the pictures won't do it justice!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
