Rebecca you deserve a few days off plan just get back on before you start putting it on!

 

I totally ate a ton today fgor Thanksgiving but I know it sounds silly but for being thanksgiving and everythign I think I actually did pretty good!

 

TammyM- What's your plan for toning up?

It sounds funny, but we ate SOO much and soo often on our honeymoon that we are finding it hard to eat normally again at home.

 

I told Marc to drag me to the gym with him today. I have to start somewhere!

I am very excited to tell you all that I am starting something new on Monday...it is called extreem bootcamp. It is a group training class that meets (mon-fri) every morning at 5:30am for 1 hour (CRAZY I KNOW!) It is a 6 week program that is held outside. Everyday is something different - hiking, weights etc. There are 2 instructors and they basically whoop you into shape.

 

I will keep you posted on my progress!

i am jealous- i want to do that! i am (sort of) training for a half marathon in January. I will be doing really good for about 2-3 weeks but then i get burned out- i ran today for the first time in 2 weeks and i was so depressed about how fast my endurance is decreased. oh well gotta keep it up.

Sarah - that's something I'd be better at than just exercising on my own. I typically prefer group exercise at a scheduled time - otherwise I just won't go! Good luck ... and have fun!!

Sarah - That sounds awesome - my friend at work did one with these two crazy ladies... I wonder if it's the same one! She loved it. I think you're going to love it - can't wait to get an update tomorrow on how it went!

okay, I know I said I was starting ww today, but that was before I found out we were going to the patriots game last night. So needless to say today has been one hungover, feeling crappy day! But I'm heading to the kitchen now to get my food ready for tomorrow and figure out my points, I'll check in tomorrow night. How did everyone do with thanksgiving?
