i included a card (single layer, not folding) along with my magnets that had additional info. on it. it had my travel agents info., website, etc - it's probably not necessary - but i didn't want to clutter the magnet, so i just put the extra stuff on the card. that card was also where i put the "book soon" message!

I had my STD with all the info on it, and I included a short letter about the wedding/std.

I say the sooner the better. I wish I had sent mine earlier, and I sent mine a year+ in advance. Once you know the details (resort, wedding date etc), send 'em out. Give your guests the most time possible so they can save their $$ for your awesome wedding! :)

I have 4 months to go, I wish I had gotten mine out way sooner, but we switched to DW at the last minute and time did not allow. But everyone knows the where and the when!
