What are the best all-inclusives in Punta Cana for anniversary

Hello ladies,

 

I hope you are all well and excited about your wedding planning. Best wishes to all of you! This wonderful website has been a great help to me during my wedding planning. I have also tried to give back by providing my own wedding review and other trips in destination wedding planning. It has been two years since we got married in Cabo San Lucas.

 

 

We would like to visit Punta Cana for our anniversary. I would like to ask your help in choosing the best all-inclusives in the area. I tried Trip Advisor but I have a feeling some of the negative reviews are not true. I have always trusted the feedback from this site so I thought I would ask for your help.

We just returned from the Princess Punta Cana. I went with my fiance and 3 of our male friends. It is an all adult resort and we found it to be wonderful. Such a calm and relaxed place to go as a couple. The food was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. When we arrived and were walking to our room when of the grounds keepers was cutting down coconuts and opened one up and handed it to us. Fresh coco juice right off the tree!!

 

It is a small resort so there wasn't a ton of walking, and if you want to visit the sister hotel you can jump on the trolley. It's a nice walk as well. I have to say though, when we went to visit the other hotel, we were happy that we chose the Princess Punta Cana, all around the better hotel. They don't have a ton of activities, just a few which were cute. The disco and shows are at the sister hotel (I forget the name). But I believe this is what kept the resort so peaceful.

 

The best part was the staff. We felt like we were leaving family behind on the day we left. They took such wonderful care of us. We would leave a few extra dollars after eating and that meant alot to them. On our day of departure, they decorated a table in the buffet for us! It was soo sweet. We had one advantage...everyone in our party (minus myself) speaks spanish so it's of course easier to chat and befriend the staff.

Hi, Jess.

 

My fiance and I visited Dreams Punta Cana just last year May and it was an amazing experience. They have a beatuiful pool that feels like it goes on forever. Some of the rooms that are on the ground floor open up directly into the pool area, making it that much easier to get into and out of the pool. The staff was also very nice and made that extra effort to make our stay memorable. They also had activities that, unfortunately, I only took advantage of as we were leaving. We took a couple of the tours outside of the resort, but I could've just stayed in the resort the whole time and I would have been just as happy, if not more. :-) Good luck with your planning!

Hey:

 

I have stayed at a few resorts in Punta Cana and got married there.

 

The Dreams is beautiful and so it the Iberostar. If we want an up scale locale, then try the Paradisus Punta Cana or the Majestic Colonial.

 

I think you may be disappointed if you go to a RIU property in Punta Cana...depending on the type of holiday you are after.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
