Thank you, Karla, I will definitely look for that book. And future_mrs2010, thank you... I will focus my attention on the virgin islands and check out turks and caicos, again as well. Congratulations on losing all that weight (I saw from your ticker)... how did you do it? I need to lose about 60- 75 pounds as well and it hasn't been easy so far. I exercise daily but I am thinking my problem is in keeping my calories down... I probably go over about 200 cal/day or so. I'd love to hear what you did to make it successful.

welcome! Most of us here feel the pain your going through, we have all been there at one time or another. I picked Jamaica, sent my invites out. Then realized that it wasn't a place for our wedding. So we had to notify everyone of the change (how embarrising!)

I'm sure the two of you will come to an agreement soon. I personnaly like All-Inclusive for the price aspect. Your not taking your wallat out to pay for a drink or food. Just to tip or buy yourself gifts. Maybe you should point that out to the FI as this would def be helpful for the people who don't have allot of cash.

Milter Mrs had a great spot, Turks. I find it a little pricy but it has total class and there are AL and some that are not.

Good luck, try to enjoy the planning, after all it's one of the best parts of being a bride!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
