Glad I could help bunny_4.gif

I am going to send the luggage tags to the guests a month before the wedding. I made a vistaprint brochure to go with them. Also, I used bright orange cardstock to make the luggage tags to make it easier to identify your luggage and who is in our group.

Also, I keep debating on luggage tags... do you just give them to people in the OOT bag or before?

Amy I too had the same fear when I received mine!

I got my VistaPrint business cards so I did a trial run, put in a business card & my security key card from work (same size as electronic room keys) & 6 $1 bills folded up and it all fit! No problem!

I was totally shocked but it works :)

I bought the around the neck key holders to use instead of the clips or coil wrist band as I have use the other ones before and didnt like them too much. They kept bugging my wrist and the clip snagged my bathing suit on a number of occasions. So I opted for the teathers. I now have to track down the plastic key holders as they are expensive here in Canada.....ugh! lol

Suzy! I was looking at some of these online too! The ones I saw were: D-shaped and circle shaped and these ones you can select which colour(s) you want as well.

BUT, the mixed colour lot from Oriental Trading Company are quite a bit cheaper. I'm just not sure if they are quite big enough to clip onto the handles of travel mugs like I wanted!! Maybe if there are a couple of us that have different colours, we could split them between us? I'd prefer purple the most, and would go for the blue or black as second choices...

merocket59 - It took me a few minutes to figure out what OTC stood for but I got it! I was wondering if you could tell me whether or not they'd be able to clip on to the handle of a travel mug though... most of my guests won't be going anywhere on the resort without their mugs and keys so why not have them attached together!?! Thanks!

Kittenheart - I'm in the same club worrying about whether those key holders would be the right size!! I'm relieved to hear that they should fit everything we need. Originally I wasn't going to do luggage tags but now that a site with the little plastic luggage loops was posted (luggage tag loops) then I just might have to order some MORE key holders just for those!! LOL!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
