Photographer on East Coast - NJ/NY?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know of a great photographer with a journalistic approach located in the NJ/NY area? We are considering hiring one for our AHR and also a friend of ours is having her wedding next year and is having a hard time finding someone with a photography style that she loves and wants. There are so many great ones on here, but they're mostly located in Cali, Canada, or Mexico for some reason! If anyone wants to share, post a link to their website. Thanks so much!

Hey there! I am born and raised in Connecticut and we were just home last weekend for our almost married reception and we hired Eric Foley photography for our pictures. I met him 2 years ago at a bridal show and just HAD TO HAVE HIM. He is amazing and personable!!! Great great work! Im waiting for our pics any day now!!! You should really look into him.. he travels everywhere and his prices are pretty great as well.

OK so I was born and raised in CT and I moved to Utah last september to be with FI after almost 3 yrs of long distance. SO we did an "almost married" reception back in CT for all those people who can not come to our DW in January. We wanted to do it back in CT when the weather was nice etc. And then we have to do an AHR in Utah when we get back from DW so it would be hard to do both receptions after the wedding to fly home and everything. SO we did it now and it was fabulous!!!!!!! It was a typical wedding minus the ceremony and we all had a blast!!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
