Dang it - now I need to get married in Mexico so I too can have a taco bar. We're getting married in Northern Michigan. What to serve, what to serve? Screw it, I LOVE tacos!

We did a taco bar for our engagement party--we thought, we got engaged in mexico and are getting married there--so its perfect! We had tacos with all the fixings, chips, salsa & gauc, and margaritas...I'm not sure how expensive it was it was a few months ago--but bought pretty much everything at sam's club and it wasn't too bad
It was fun & people seemed to really like it!! Good luck :)

I had a taco bar at my engagement party . . . would it be silly to do at my AHR too?

We've done a taco bar for a Super Bowl party and it was a huge hit! Fairly inexpensive and easy to do yourself!

We did a taco bar for my shower and our caterer charged $6 a person we had a blast with it and all the women loved it! We also had a groom pinata and I was surprised at how many women got up take a shot at it. The older women had the most fun!!
Good luck with your AHR we have to pass on one as I am laid off and this wedding is really the end of our funds.
I will read these posts and live through all of you!! Have fun!!

A taco bar sounds amazing! I've been having a hard time figuring out what to do for the party here in Milwaukee. That sounds so much fun. Did you already have the party, or is it still coming up. did you go the catering route? Btw...your photo is amazing!
