I have a question for you Paradisus Punta Cana ladies. I am having a ceremony here in January and am only expection about 6 or so guests. I was looking into reception options and dont think its worth it to do a private sit-down dinner for under 10 people.

Have any of you had a simple reception at one of the receptions locations or restaurants without paying for the entire wedding package?

If so, can you have music? DJ? Ipod?

 

Do you know if you can avoid the wedding package price if I am not interested in the extras that come with it and just want to pay (a la carte) for sit down dinner reception?

 

I m totally lost here and the WC is not responding.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys... I was looking for something intimate but also have the option to have our first dance and a place for our close friends and family to let loose. I understand you are unable to have music in the restaurants (when you get the wedding package thats included in the wish)... I am hoping I could pay per person to have 2 or three tables set up in a semi private location.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
