Any Adventura Cove Palace Brides out there?

Recommended Posts

We were married there at the end of October and there was only 1 other wedding our day. We had no idea except just hearing from guests at the resort. I wouldn't worry about other weddings going on. They're professionals and know how to handle it. Check out the Aventura Spa Palace thread, that will have most the information you'll need for your planning.

Hi Cristi,

I responded to you under the "Adventura Spa Bride-2010" thread. We are getting married on the Cove side as well at 6:00pm. I am reading all the post and I am freaking out about the sunset time? Do you have any idea about sunlight times?

This is so exciting:)

My FI & I did a site visit at ACP/ASP in March and were blown away! It's such a beautiful spot, so to you ladies who haven't been and/or have booked with them 'blindly,' you won't regret!! We confirmed our date for April 21st, 2012 at 5pm!

We're getting married on the Cove side but staying on the Spa side.  Have you heard from the on-site wedding coordinator yet?

I have sooo many questions!  And by the looks of the rsvp's coming in we are going to have a much smaller group than anticipated.

We were supposed to do a site inspection in Nov but had to cancel.  Bummer!

I just heard from my Miami-based Palace coordinator (Renee) last week - from what I understand, I'll hear from my on site coordinator about 30 days before, so I wouldn't worry - from what the other girls have said, they'll take care of everything when we're down there (so much easier said than done though for us planners right?!)

I have lots of questions too, but am just using this site, which has been helpful for planning and any questions I've had!

Definitely bummer you couldn't do the site - we did one and I can ASSURE you though, you made a great choice with Aventura! I can't wait to have our wedding there!!

Do you know if they do a rehearsal the day before?  Not sure if I should plan a rehearsal dinner.  There's a thread on here called Aventura Spa Palace and I've been chatted with a couple of women who have recently married there and they've been so helpful.  There pics are great too that they've shared.  You should check it out.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
