Thanks Karla :)

nsbride, we are going to be so close to each other! Your fiance isnt going to be able to keep is hands off you!

I like the shred. I always feel like I make progress on it, and I always feel like Im getting in a great workout, even though its 20 minutes. I did it consistently for 30 days once, well 4 times a week for a month and saw great results. Muscle definition and inches lost! Id love to combine it with a consistent cardio workout and see how it does.

Ok everyone, whoever wants to stay in will send me their weigh ins on Wednesday!

SSNM, feel free to jump on the BL7 board if you want. You will have missed the initial 3 weeks, but if you send me a weigh in picture and intial weight on Wednesday I would love to have you join. I doubt there will be any objections to have a late participant.

That's great Melissa! I love Jillian's workouts. Level 2 makes you do alot of the cardio stuff in that "plank position". It gives me a headache, haha!

Great! Thanks Ginalyn!

Well my case is a bit peculiar as I just finished a show so I will most likely be gaining weight for the next bit, but my real goal is to maintain the workout schedule and establish a reasonable 'off-season' diet that doesn't involve me gorging on all kinds of junk at my leisure. I also want to be a beacon example for my FI who always talks about being hardcore in the gym but never quite gets there.

I look forward to being an active participant!

Do you guys keep a diet/workout diary? I have been doing so since I've decided to do shows and it really helps to keep a log of your progress. Sometimes, if you seem stuck in a rut and you look back at the logs, the reason for the rut will be quite clear. I basically bought a notebook from the dollar store and I write my diet on one side and my workouts on the other.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
