Set up includes:

-Round tables with white linen tablecloths

-Chairs with white covers

-Glassware

-Decoration available at the hotel

-Luminaries and tiki torches to light the area

 

Special requests and decoration are subject to charge.

 

GROUP CONCESSIONS:

-Complimentary Luxury Suite for the Bride and Groom for the wedding night (subject to availability).

-One complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for the Bride and Groom in their room (on the wedding night).

-Gift certificate for the Bride and groom for one night European Plan, to be used within a year (subject to availability).

-Group rate extended three days before and three days after the official wedding dates (subject to availability)

-Complimentary national welcome drink coupon for all of your guests at check in.

-Complimentary turn down service (does not include newspaper).

-15% discount at the SPA (contracted rooms only). Beauty salon services not included.

-Complimentary Location and Set up Fee for Ceremony and Reception (Decoration not included).

-Special rates at Cabo del Sol golf courses.

 

A minimum room block of 10 rooms for 2 nights each (no cumulative) and the dinner reception held in the hotel are required in order to maintain all conditions and concessions mentioned in this proposal.

This hotel is really beautiful. I think it's about equal in my mind to the Hilton (which I obviously loved since I'm gettig married there) but it is just slighlty more expenwsive (food & beverages)

I have some pictures of a wedding reception set-up (and a few pics of the entrees that we tried) at Sheraton that I took back in August, but I can't figure out how to attach them. Can someone help me, please?
