My experience was absolutely amazing. There work is fantastic…my husband and I are extremely happy with all of our photos. Francisco Rodriguez was our photographer and his work is second to none. Not to mention he is a fantastic person and just a pleasure to work with. Although Francisco did all of our photography, I worked mostly with his partner Severine for all the other details, such as booking and any questions or concerns I may have had. Severine also put together our whole wedding package such as photos, DVD, Album and Panting. Severine is absolutely amazing at her job in all aspects. She is a great pleasure and sheer joy to work with. I cannot say enough about these two and there Photography skills are unbelievably amazing and I could not be happier with the outcome. I defiantly feel that Photo Souvenir is underrated and under priced. I would suggest that you book your photography with them as soon as possible as I am sure they are going to blow up and become one of the most amazing photography companies in the world!

Hey I can help you with that as well.

 

We booked 5 hrs with Severine, I think it was the gold package. We got sooo many pictures and proofs of all of them. She takes a nice mix of posed and candid shots and she likes to have fun and has a really good eye. She put together beautiful boxes with our proofs, all the pictures on cd, a gorgeous slideshow featuring all parts of the wedding and TTD(my fav thing to show people, its like having a moving digital photo album, everyone is amazed by it), a painted picture done by Miguel Pumarejo (which is stunning), an edited video (extra $200 for editing), and currently we have been talking back and forth about my digital album which Severine is working hard to complete and make it gorgeous (this is a lot of extra money and separate from my package price). She really works hard, is always pleasant, and is an outstanding photographer. I am so happy she was my photographer. My TTD session has quickly become some of my favorite pictures. I'll try to post a link to them in a bit.

 

I talked with Fran on several occassions. He is such a cool guy and he did many of the photo shoots for our friends who wanted prof. pictures and they turned out so beautiful.

 

The gold package was 1850 and we got a 400 discount for being at Excellence..which was exactly how much the TTD and the video editing cost.. so I feel like I got those for free because I didnt even realize we were getting that discount!! Severine was very prompt in getting things to us so quickly. She even forgot to add some pictures to our cd and mailed it immediately to me by UPS express.

 

I see the packages cost a bit more than this year, but no surprise there. Everything is more money except our paychecks!

I chose to wear a different dress (so glad I brought a backup dress with me) because my wedding dress was too tight and constrictive to have fun in the water and it really would have weighed me down! This one was lightweight and perfect for playing on the beach.

I totally agree with the raves for Photo Souvenir!!! Severine was our destination wedding photographer and Renaud our videographer for our August 3 wedding at Majestic Colonial. Their work is absolutely stunning!!

Dolce - I am thinking about getting a digital album as well (Leather Craftsman I believe is the company they work with?), designed by Photo Souvenir. I emailed Severine to find out if it was too late since I did not order one with my package, and she said not at all!

Prior to the wedding I was just planning on creating a book myself on Blurb, but now that I have my photos I think they are gorgeous and deserve a place in a professionally designed album!!! How has that been working with severine on? Do you think it will be worth it? Have you seen any samples or anything? Thanks so much!!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
