That's my thinking too - everything will work out in the end.

If you still have your 10% off....I will be ordering in the next 2-3 weeks.
:)

Thanks.

Indy-- my code is back in Wisconsin and I am in NYC right now. I will post the code here for everyone to use when I get back! Just a heads up though-- I have ordered freeze dried roses from 2 places- the fly boy places weren't packed very well. They come in a large plastic bag that is sealed with a twist tie. If you are planning in storing them for a long time, I would think twice about it. I would be nervous storing them for more than a month. They came within 7 days of ordering them though!!

Some of my other Feb brides are coming back from their weddings and everyone is pumped and getting excited. I can't wait to post pictures for all of you guys when I get back. I am leaving in 12 days-- UGH so much to do and my toasting flutes and cake servers aren't even here yet (my fault I forgot about them and ordered them last week)

FutureMsMoulton,

Finally!!! I'm so excited for you! I'm sure everything will be like a dream come true when you get down there. Thank you for the tip on the flowers....I had planned on ordering in April, but may just wait till June after what you said.

Also - For anyone wondering about the postage question I had asked earlier - well, I work for an international company, so why i didn't think of asking our Mexico office before, beats me! The gals in Monterrey said that you can purchase Mexcian postage at the gift shops of almost every resort. For postcards it is $11.50 pesos (about .88 cents) each. Then you turn them into the front desk or concierge to be mailed out! Easy enough. Just remember if you do this project - you CANNOT use postage form any othe rcountry to mail back from Mexico. You have to use Mexican postage. Sounds like...DUH!! But I had to ask! LOL

Take care all!

***Cant wait to see your pictures MsMoulton!!!!

    • I’m getting married in six months to my foreign girlfriend. I was advised by a friend that one of the things I need to do before saying I do is to get a prenuptial agreement. Basically it’s supposed to protect my assets and properties in case my relationship with my future wife goes down the drain. I don’t know though if this is an acceptable practice when marrying Kiev ladies. I don’t want to do it if it would be insulting on her end. I need advice on this. Please help me.
    • So we are currently looking for an all inclusive resort for the wedding. We have 60 guests and found all the Dreams resorts as options and all of them gave us a quote and discounted price since it’s off season etc. Resorts in Punta Canta gave us a reasonable price, Dominicus gave us a really good deal then La Romana Resort and Spa gave us their regular price and so hard to negotiate. Will someone tell us how special is this resort that they won’t give us a good discount when all my guests are staying in their resort for 5-8 days. We are bringing $$$ in their resort and not give us a discount?  What is so special with this resort?  Can somebody recommend a beautiful resort?
