Hi Ladies!!! I got in late last night and have been running around like crazy getting ready for work on Monday.

I had THE BEST time in Mexico!!!! I thought that our wedding was absolutely perfect and was so happy with how everything turned out. I felt like a little girl...every night when I went to bed I just prayed that the morning would come quickly so that I could get up and start it all over again.

Soon after we got up this morning we had a package delivered from the resort...our pics and DVD!!! Here's a couple!

Oh ya, and one day at the pool there was a beer chugging contest between Brooke and I's wedding parties and when it was the brides' turn she totally beat me!! Haha...and that's how it's done at Moon Palace!!

Chris I love the photo of you guys kissing!

For those of you who had guests taking photos I started a photobucket account just for the vacation & wedding photos and gave all of my guests the user name and password and had them all add in thier photos so it was easy to share them with everyone! So far they have dumped over 250+ photos in for me!!! I am super excited about how well it worked. Just and idea of all of you who are as impatient as me!

Good morning ladies :)

Susie, that's sweet of your friend to offer to make a baby blanket for the first knocked up bride...

Tricia, your pictures look gorgeous, can't wait to see more... that's so fun that you got to have a battle of the brides :)

Krista, pictures, no pictures?

Shelk, how was your Mexican fiesta? I bet it was wonderful to celebrate with everyone since just the 4 of you went to Mexico :)

I am so itching for the professional pictures as well. It was a month on Saturday... patience patience (so frigging hard!)... I have held off on the thank yous waiting for the pictures, so that we could include a picture of the group shot in the envelope..... but I just keep thinking of people waiting for their thank yous!

Our house is just about back to normal. Spent the weekend re-organizing to accommodate china and pancake griddles and wine glasses.... Watched the wedding video with my Nan and Mum last night, they (grandparents) head back to England today sad.gif Sad for the festivities to end... Granddad said, How long are you going to stretch all of this out?"... I said, "As long as possible"... Was thinking that now I understand how my sister-in-laws say their weddings were their fairy tales.

Anyway, enough rambling on... I hope you all have wonderful weeks and that your bit of the world is starting to thaw out :)

Krista- You guys looked wonderful, beautiful pics!

Ali-I know what you mean about wanting to stretch it out, it is such a wonderful moment that it's nice to keep it alive :) I also know what you mean about trying to wait for pro pics, I can't wait and it has only been two weeks! I am also waiting for pro pics for thank you cards.

Susie-Yes, the baby blankets are such a sweet gesture...and on that note, Chris-stop stressing, enjoy the "trying" part he he

Brooke- I did the same for sharing photos, have a site, shared the passwords and nobody has done it yet, I need to follow up with them :) But many friends have shared on FB-Glad to hear the photosharing is working for you!

Shellk-Look forward to see some AHR pics, hope you had a blast!

Hi ladies!! Just popping in to say hello and that I miss you all!!! I am settling back into the routine, but realize that we need a bigger place. I have sooooo many wine glasses, I am thinking of opening a pub and an alcoholics anonymous clinic in the same space.

I am really enjoying having my hubby's last name :) I haven't ventured to the social security office yet, but everything else is all switched over. I also can't wait to see the professional product, video or pics. I need to make sure all those fees were worth it! lol

You can choose the colour and I will buy the wool. I will ship to china if it's Erica.... So ladies "lets get her done"....

My gfriend just loves the fact we are all so close, she was with me when I met two other brides from this site in Mexico, one was Jody (she got married same day I did and the other was Amy she got married the 4th Feb)... Anyway she will be doing a blanky for the first Feb bride that gets pregnant. The challenge is on...
SUSIE!!!! You lied to us!!! Bad girl! Ha-ha... we have been DTD (doing the deed) like every other day. What a bunch of work! Holy crap! lol That is the reason for me not logging on in a while because we are always in the bedroom! TMI TMI TMI I miss you gals though! S&M.gif

Who is all trying? I've just signed up with BabyCenter | Homepage - Pregnancy, Baby, Toddler, Kids the other day and I've found some very useful info. Like... did you know that saliva kills sperm!?!? Also, most lubricants are not sperm friendly. So I ordered some "Preseed" it's a special lube that helps make conceiving easier. I know I know TMI TMI TMI again! What a dirty girl I am talking about DTD all the time! lol My hubby is loving all the booty though, let me tell you! LMAO smile159.gif

Nice pics girls... It's sad that February is over but we can relive our weddings anytime we want to, right!?!?!?! Wednesday is our ONE MONTH anniversary... OMG!!! I think I will watch our wedding video again tonight and have a good cry!
It took me about 30 min. to catch up with all the posts, so I better get back to work now. hee-hee!

Sending my love from China

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
