Regular Price is $ 769.00 usd, but is Complimentary when booking a LUXURY ONE BEDROOM SUITE category or higher for a minimum of 7 nights; or a Group of 5 rooms for 3 nights minimum. Also applies for renewal of vows ceremony.

For all the wedding packages there are fees that apply as follows:

 

Wedding in Paradise Package: there is a surcharge of $58.00 us per person for the wedding. It’s divided in two charges of $29.00 us: one for the ceremony and cocktail hour and one for the reception. Includes: set up of chairs and tables, all draped in white; waiters and bar tender service; food from our banquet kit and drinks from the all inclusive. Non guests must pay a day pass of $89.00 us instead of the surcharge mentioned above.

 

Dreams of Love Package: The package includes 20 guests. Every additional guest has a cost of $60.00 us or non hotel guests the cost would be $89.00 us.

 

Ultimate Wedding Package: The package includes 20 guests. Every additional guest has a cost of $70.00 us or non guests $89.00 us.

Type of ceremonies

 

Legal

This one is performed in Spanish by the judge and translated into English symultaneously. There is paperwork involved, as well as blood test and additional fees (blood test is $200.00 us per couple that needs to be paid in cash; the blood test take place in the couple’s room the next morning after their arrival). In this case we need that the couple gets to Los Cabos at least 2 week days before the wedding day. Couple is required to fill out a form of information as well as send scanned copies of some documents. 4 witnesses are required, but if the bride and groom and traveling alone, the hotel can provide the witnesses.

 

Symbolic

This type of ceremony is performed in English by a minister. There is no paper work nor blood test or additional fees involved. The couple needs to get to Los Cabos at least 2 week days before the wedding day. We put the minister in contact with the couple with months in advance so they can work together on the vows.

Wedding Policies

 

Please make sure to provide your wedding coordinator with all the wedding details the latest one month before the wedding.

Wedding Ceremonies are usually held 1.5 to 2 hrs before sunset to ensure there is enough light for your sunset pictures, please ask your wedding coordinator when would the best time be, depending on the season.

 

For the outdoor events the music curfew is at 10 :30 pm. If you wish to continue the event please ask your wedding coordinator for the different options.

 

For Dinner Menus:

You are requested to have one set menu for a plated dinner

 

Buffet Dinner: There is a minimum of 40 guest required.

 

Additional Services: Please be advised that all services (decorations, entertainment, flowers, video, photography, fire show or any other type of service) can be coordinated directly by your wedding coordinator. In case that you wish to contact or bring your own vendor, please make sure to let your coordinator know before confirming and be aware that this will incur an additional fee.

 

Room deliveries: If you are bringing welcome or OOT bags for your guests, we can gladly accomodate those in the suites; for this there is a fee of $3.50 us per room and all room deliveries are to be done in the afternoon.

Photography and Videography Services

 

For the use of these services we will provide you with a list of the different vendors that are recommended

Please make sure to ask for this list to your wedding coordinator.

 

It is of our interest to mention that you are requested to use our preferred vendors. This is in order to ensure a good level of service. In case that you may wish to provide your photographer/videographer an additional fee will apply.

 

Flowers

 

The flowers included in the package are a combination of local seasonal flowers which among some we have: lilies, gerber daisies, astromelias, roses, iris, sunflowers, gladiolas, belen flowers and hydrangeas. Here some sample of the basic bouquet, boutonniere and centerpieces (table & gazebo OR table and huppa).

 

For specific requests involving other type of flowers, please contact your coordinator for to get a quote.

 

Cakes

Our Pastry Chef is able to prepare white frosting cakes with simple decortions as shown below , that can be included in the packages, which are 2 level cakes. For a biger please ask your wedding coordinator directly. The available flavors are: tres leches, vanilla with strawberry filling or chocolate.

Casino Night cost of $800.00 us

Incudes 3 tables of black jack, 2 tables of texas holdem pocker and one table of roullette, guided by our entertainment staff for 2 hours. For any food or beverages services, additional charges apply*.

 

Karaoke Night cost of $800.00 us

Includes the sound system and karaoke equipment, all coordinated by our entertainment staff for 2 hours. For any food or beverages services, additional charges apply*.

 

Tequila Tasting cost of $400.00 us

Includes a guided tequila tasting hosted by our entertainment staff for 1 hour. For any food or beverages services, additional charges apply*.

 

Mexican Night cost of $2,000.00 us

Includes a Mariachi band, Mexican dancer’s show and Mexican decoration of the area. For any food or beverages services, additional charges apply**.
