Babysitting:

Children are more than welcome to attend both the sunset cruise and wedding ceremony, but we ask that the reception be limited to those 14 and over only.  In order to give parents a few hours off to celebrate, we have hired three members of the resortâ€s babysitting department to supervise the children as a group from 6-10:30 pm. Drop-off location will be the Game Room, located just off the hotel lobby across from the elevators and near the gift shop.  At 6:30 pm, babysitters will escort the group to dinner at the resortâ€s main buffet (Fresh).  After dinner, theyâ€ll return to the Game Room for a fun-filled night of movies, Wii, Playstation and games until parents pick them up at 10:30 pm.

Time zone:

During the summer months, Jamaica operates on U.S. Central Time, one hour BEHIND Eastern Standard Time (Ex: 10 am in New York=9 am in Jamaica).

Toll-free #:

The following # can be used by family and friends back home to call your room at the resort: 866-799-3661.  It is the main reservations # (and the only toll-free # to the resort when calling from the U.S.), so they will need to first ask to be transferred to the Rose Hall operator, who can then connect them to your room.

Water:

A friendly reminder that modern treatment plants make Jamaican water perfectly safe to drink!

Airport shuttle:

Please stop by the concierge desk at least 48 hours in advance of your departure to confirm shuttle service to Montego Bay airport.

We have created an online photo album for our guests to upload and share their memories from Montego Bay with one another.  Just follow these three steps if you would like to add your own photos to the gallery:

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
