OH MY GOSH!!!  A M A Z I N G!!  You made me smile the entire time - you looked like you were having SO MUCH FUN!!!  Love it..beautiful!!

How much was the Unlimited Package??  The photos are amazing!!  Were they with you the entire reception?  I can't wait for your review..I have so many questions!!  I'd love your timeline - and how you did your music (for the ceremony)?  How was the weather??  We are thinking of doing that week or the week later 2012 - I'd love to do February but it gets pretty pricey!!

I can't tell you enough how amazing it looked!!  smile159.gif

Above is a link to our photo slideshow from our 1/15/11 wedding and TTD session. We hired Anel from Adventure Photographers and bought the unlimited package. She did an amazing job, and is truly a pleasure to work with. I am really pleased with how they turned out, and am so glad we decided to use her rather than hire an outside vendor and pay 5 times as much. Really recommend working with her!!!!

We also had DJ Doremixx who brought the balloons, cold fireworks, and masks to the reception party. It was an amazing time!

I will be selling my chair sashes (60) and table runners (8) if anyone is interested....please PM me. My new hubby is dying for me turn to our "wedding headquarters" back into an office!

Wow, thank you for posting that...after seeing what AMAZING photos and memories you have through Adventure Photos I'm very confident in using them, and specifically asking for Anel! That's such great info! Can't wait for your review and you were truly a stunning bride and without question, it looked like you were ALL having the time of your lives! Thanks for sharing! Loved the colour too btw...those are the ones I'm using! Who did your chuppah decor?

It's all coming me together now, a little less confused:)

When is your wedding?

Do you know if that the one that is on Facebook?  His light up dance floor looks tiny...

I would definitely book NOW! The rates for airfare will only increase!

march is definitely HIGH season for Mexico. It starts teetering into the low season as hurricane season approaches.

I would definitely work with a travel agent if you have the chance to. It is great to have your guests contact the TA with any questions so that you are free to plan all the special details.

We are getting married at DRC April 2, 2011 and have 48 guests booked, and counting! Wahoooot, we are sooooooooo excited!

I was told that the sashes are $5 a piece. I have heard that you can get them from linensdirect.com but I agree with you; the suitcases that I plan to bring are filling up quickly!

I have been advised by the hotel and past brides that it is not in your best interests to send anything directly to the hotel because you don't when or even if it will get there.

What to do?!?!?!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
