Also, I noticed Seaside Grill is not on the list. I was actually considering having our reception at Seaside. Does anyone know if Seaside is no longer an option?

 

I looove the Planning Checklist & Planning Form!! Great thinking DRC lol... Definitely puts everything into perspective for me as well as keeping me at ease... I'm sure many brides would agree.

When I first inquired as to locations back when I began planning Evangelina was trying to push the fantasy island on me.  The breakdown isn't totally clear when they send it over.  It only includes the set-up for the 20 people included in your package; so be careful because you would still pay per extra guest and it only includes so many table set-ups and what not.  But I agree that it's totally awesome looking, they set it up over one of the pools; i want to say the kiddie pool area but not 100% sure.

The beach furniture is not included, it's an additional $1,500 if you wish to have it.  There normal set-up for cocktail hour on the beach is just tall tables with white covers; but you can bring down your own decorations for these as well.

 

I believe I read from another post on here that they don't offer the Seaside Grill as an option; however you may be able to push them enough to shut it down but they might charge you an additional cost to do so.  Good luck!!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
