SO LADIES....We have beaten this dead horse into the ground. But I just hung up with Evangelina about an hour ago and she confirmed with me and sent me an email that you may use whatever DJ you please so long as they have their own equipment AND you must pay for them to stay at the hotel at least one night. So if you have the package that gives you 2 free rooms, you can stick them in there....WHICH IS WHAT WE ARE DOING!  I'M SO HAPPY I COULD SCREAM.  I've posted the DJ's info before but if you need it again and would like to use him, let me know and I will repost his info.

Hi Bree,

I am having 70 guests and the majority are coming from Vancouver.  Our Wedding is May 24th 2012.  What I found was the earlier you booked the better the price.  In September when most booked the price was $1773 w/ tax for flight & hotel plus transfers.................now with May being so busy at the resort the price has gone through the roof and from Vancouver my guests are paying $2500/person minimum and that is with 2 adults 2 Kids.  The last guest who booked paid $1650 just for the room and is getting his flight through points.

1.  We would like the Silver/Love Dinner Package withthe following options: (Question-Will our guests be given the option of bothSnapper or Beef on the day of the reception?)

What is the price of your DJ and cake??? Do you have the example of the cake you want to have???  You may use your DJ should they have there own equiptment and are staying at the resort as your guest. Will you have a room provided for their stay?

I also called her again because I thought I misread it, and she said to me, as long as they are staying as a guest and have their own equiptment, they can be used. I just have to get him a room, which works because we get 2 free rooms so I'm THRILLED!!!  FINALLY, MONTHS AND MONTHS OF THE DJ DRAMA CHRONICLES COME TO AN END!!!!!
