I'm having trouble deciding how many extras to buy from the resort, and how many extra little things to bring with us (personalized napkins, coasters, etc etc)...  I'm trying to keep it relatively simple so that we're not dragging a million suitcases with us, or blowing the budget, but it sure is hard making all of these decisions!

Hello!

I have emailed Eva about this, i also have young children attending the wedding (1-4 years)

I can let you know when i get a response :)

I am sorry to rant, but I have just received an email from Eva saying that we cannot have round tables in the Seaside Grill for our reception :(

I have already purchased all centrepieces and accessories for the tables (Only accounting for the round tables that seat 8-10 people not square tables that seat 4) i have ecen purchased the table clothes etc.

I am really confused as when Eva sent me photos of previous wedding receptions at the Seaside Grill they all had the round tables.

Can anyone shed some more light on this matter?

Hi Loripanori,

Congrats on the upcoming wedding.  I had a quick question for you.  Are you doing the civil ceremony or symbolic?  I am asking because for civil on Dreams website says to arrive 4 full business days prior not including weekends but it seems most are arriving 3 days prior.  When I emailed Eva she said both were fine but I am trying to gage what most people are doing so I don't lose a day.

Thanks

Nicole

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
