I believe I have read in earlier posts that the round tables seat 8-9 comfortably. I think most brides have put place cards on a separate table with table numbers assigned. I am only having 24 people total and mostly my family so I am planning on doing one big table as to not make my grooms family feel outnumbered and to bring a more cohesive feel to the reception. I am going to still do seating chart but place the place cards at assigned seats of where I want people to sit. Hope that helps! :0)

Are you getting a logo on your bubba kegs? Where are you getting them from? We were also thinking about getting them, with maybe our logo on them

We are not going to do a log on the Bubba Keg's. I decided that most people (mainly the guys) wouldn't ever use it again if it had Savanah and John written on it :)

I found the cheapest place is actually the Bubba Keg Website.

We are getting these:

http://www.shopbubba.com/p-52-bubba-20-oz-travel-mug-classic-black.aspx

They have black, blue, purple and gray and we'll get a mixture of the colors. they are 7.49 original price but you get 15% off if you spend more than $200. So, they end up being about 6.36 each and only 4.99 flat rate shipping.

Yes, it's expensive, but I think in the long run, these will get used more! I know some of the young guys going would not carry around a cheap mug in our wedding colors with our name on it. But they would use a gray or black bubba keg at the resort and once they got home!

That's just my take on it :)

Lorena told me 6-10 per table. We are going to try to do 8 per table.

We're not doing assigned seating so I dont know about the seating chart :)

 Sarah:

Please let me know what is the plan for the brides who are using the pool deck. I did not pay all that money and travel so far to have my wedding reception next to a construction site. Thank in advance. Hope your wedding is all you ever dream.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
