Hola Emily,

You are not alone here!!!

I can tell you that most of our gals have a hard time convincing fiance to do the TTD, but surprisingly enough, they are the ones that enjoy it the most in the end!!!

I mean, which man wouldn't want to spend some time, away from friends and family to enjoy his sexy wife in an exotic location?

Check out a few of these AMAZING pictures:

Hope this helps :) My wedding is August 7th, and I didn't make my hair appointment until about a month before so you should be good!

I had my hair appointment at 2 and my ceremony at 6 and it worked out really well!  It gives you enough time to not feel rushed.  Good luck!!

We're home!!!  BEST WEEK OF MY LIFE!!! Will probably get a review posted by the end of the week.  :)  No photos from Anel yet, but they shouldn't take too long! There are 100s on my facebook because my friends are amazing.  I have my privacy settings way up because I am a teacher but if you'd like me to friend you, send me a PM and I will so that you can see some pics.  :)

Rach i watched your slideshow again and a few things caught my eye.... when you have a minute can you tell me where you got the little starfish that your husband is wearing... i think its a really cute idea rather than a flower & did your groomsmen wear anything ?.. also i love your maracas i am getting them as well... did you get them from etsy ? i think your whole set up looked beautiful! did dreams ask you how you wanted it set up or did they just do it like that ? i know you are going to write a review when you have a chance im just curious about the little details lol ;)

Had I of planned my date just a little earlier a few family members would be saving some loot & i never realized it lol can we pull the 13 year olds off as 12 year old ? if anyone has any experience with this please shed some light and please don't tell dreams that i asked lol

Hi everyone, quick question for past brides.  How was the weather when you were there?? We're leaving next Saturday and our wedding is next Tuesday.  When I check the long-range forecast, it says scattered thunderstorms most days and showers one day.  Just wanted to see how the weather was for everyone.  I'm hoping for a nice sunny day :)

Use your soon to be WIFE card and coax him into doing the TTD! Mike is not a huge fan of picture taking either but it is so worth it! They give you 2 options for it....you can do it at the resort which takes like an hour or two or you can leave the resort, which we did, but it takes about 5 hours of your day. We met at 7 am and got back around 1. The shoot is a lot of work but something you will only do once and pics that will never be like any other wedding! Def do it!

Hi Ash!!  We just got home on Tuesday from our wedding last Friday.  It said rain in the forecast every single day and it didn't rain for long periods of time, ONCE.  It rained two times in the morning which were for about 10 minutes of drizzle sun showers.  It actually did that on our wedding day and then everything was gorgeous!  Don't worry at all!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
