Are all of the restaurants at the resort all inclusive? I feel a little silly asking this but one of my guests said she was browsing the website and she saw that it said that not everywhere was all inclusive. She was telling some of my other guests this as well and I just don't want everyone getting freaked out over nothing. Being on this board and reading tons of reviews of the resort, I feel like I would have remembered someone, somewhere mentioning that you have to pay at a certain restaurant. I know the spa menu is a la cart and I have that with all the pricing. And I gave that to her. My TA was able to get all of my guests comps to the spa so that is awesome.. Thanks!!!

I wish I could have done a site visit. Thankfully I have you all to lean on msnwink.gif

I actually really liked the beach too, but I was concerned about the noise of the ocean etc. Do you think with the way it is set up they will be able to hear us? Do they allow a sound system to amplify our voices and for music etc.? Also, I will have around 34-40 people; in your opinion, do you think the beach area would make them feel squished?

Thank you!

You can hire the Sound System for the cermony, so your guests can hear you and your music :)

The only thing i am worried about is the blood tests and maybe not getting our certificate back for 6 months so i cannot change my name but apart from that it all seems good.

Im having a legal cermeony and i havent heard this as well, so this is good to known. I will request Linda

hey everyone i have a question .. . .. .. im getting married feb 22nd and have not held rooms yet. We are using a regular travel agent and are waiting for jetblue to put up the packages before we tell anyone what the prices are because jetblue usually has good deals and has put up flights as of the weeend BEFORE our wedding... so we assume its coming soon..

however we dont have a block of rooms reserved yet... are we making a mistake ? can we hold rooms if we want to do a package deal with flight and hotel and the flights arent up yet ? of can we only hold rooms if we do air and hotel seperately. I want to do it together because it seems to be cheaper that way.. even cheaper than the deal DRC gives you.

im going to need about 25 rooms.... i would ask Lorena but she hasnt answered my 1st email yet so i figure sending another would just make the wait longer. im really dissapointed in the lack of response from her especially when switching from yamina you would thin kshe would write back to make us feel comfortable!! i mainly just want to know that she knows all of my info and agrees to everything yamina told me i would be getting.. def. not happy with this process right now! grr

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
