I have been working hard on my blog!  -

Check it out - Hopefully this answers some of your questions

This week I will be adding more pictures of some details, make up, locations, closer shots of items at the wedding, that I was able to source from my guests cameras.

Keep spreading the blog for other brides if they have questions too.

Thanks!

Please can anyone post the contact number I need to contact Evangelina. (calling from the uk). We need to book our holiday by the end of Friday and Evangelina hasn't replied to me about reserving our wedding day. I cannot book with our travel agent until she has confirmed if the date we want is available. Many thanks

SO LADIES....We have beaten this dead horse into the ground. But I just hung up with Evangelina about an hour ago and she confirmed with me and sent me an email that you may use whatever DJ you please so long as they have their own equipment AND you must pay for them to stay at the hotel at least one night. So if you have the package that gives you 2 free rooms, you can stick them in there....WHICH IS WHAT WE ARE DOING!  I'M SO HAPPY I COULD SCREAM.  I've posted the DJ's info before but if you need it again and would like to use him, let me know and I will repost his info.

Kmarch85....you were a beautiful bride!  Congrats!!!!

Also, thank you very much for the detail in your blog.  We have exactly 3 months before our big day and I am getting anxious.  Yamina has not responded to my emails but everyone keeps saying not to worry....and I am not going to.

Congrats!!!

Hi,

Im new to the forum and still trying to decide between Dreams Riviera and Azul. I will have a 2 year old and a 6 month old at the time of our wedding so we are doing just an intimate wedding with only 5 or so guests. Everyone seems to be planning big weddings here, and they are all gorgeous!!! Is anyone else planning or have done just the basics?   I am leaning more towards Dreams but they really cater to small children at Azul. I guess I'm a rare case, having had children before getting married lol.  Well I am loving looking at all the beautiful pictures. Thanks!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
