Hello!

I am trying to understand the dinner menu for the wedding (sit down options). Based on what Eva sent me for gold menu there looks like there are 3 options - do we have to pick one or can guests select from the menu? Also do our guests get all of the items listed under option 1, , 2 etc or do they have to choose? So confusing....

Also can someone please send me ceremony: or attach is to this forum.

Thanks!!

You just have to pick 1, 2, or 3 on the menu.  Each one has a choice of 2 main courses.  You have to get a count from your guests to find out what choice they want.  Everything else under each number is included.  Kmarch85 sent me the blessing ceremony pdf.  What is your email and i can send it to you.

Hello!

I am looking at booking Dreams for my wedding. I have contacted the wedding coordinator, Evangelina, but she never attached the wedding guid or credit card authorization form so I could book our date. I also asked her if April 20th 2013 was available and she has yet to rewpond. Can anyone give me any tips? Thanks!

Well I just got a response email from Gina and she has informed me that if having the reception on the pool terrace all noise has to cease by 10:00pm!! I knew that the wedding would have to end early but not THIS early! I don't know if this would be a problem for you but thought I'd give you the heads up if you already didn't know. Oh and what time are you getting married? She gave me my timeline and it is Ceremony 6:30-7:30 Cocktail Hour 7:30-8:30 Dinner 8:30-11:30... Dinner at 8:30 is seeming pretty late. And because of this she advised me to move our party to the beach because of the noise issue.. Ugh so many problems now :(. Does anyone know what time the party has to end before having to start to pay extra ?

Huh....Our ceremony is at 4:00 PM and our reception is from 6:00 PM-9:00 PM.  I would have liked everything an hour later really, but it should be fine.  The receptions are 3 hours long scheduled but you can pay to extend it.  We aren't going to do that.  If everyone is tired and wants to stop partying I'm fine with that and if they don't, we'll just move our party to the club:)

yes I'm contemplating moving the ceremony time to 4:00pm then everything will be moved ahead. I just know people will still want to party. I haven't heard much about the resort clud though and how good that is

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
